COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: $37/hour
- 2nd Shift Differential: +$6/hour
- 3rd Shift Differential: +$3/hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supervise and coordinate resident care activities by assigning staff duties, monitoring care delivery, ensuring completion of documentation, and maintaining compliance with resident rights and regulatory standards.

Lead and support nursing staff through orientation, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and ongoing education related to resident care, infection control, safety procedures, and facility policies.

Manage unit operations during the shift by conducting resident rounds, adjusting staffing assignments, coordinating schedules and call-ins, approving time records and overtime, and responding to employee concerns as needed.

Complete and oversee required clinical and administrative documentation, including care plans, shift reports, incident reports, admission/discharge records, census updates, and communication of significant resident or operational issues to nursing leadership.

Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, physician communication, coordination of interdisciplinary services, and implementation of individualized care plans to promote each resident’s highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
