This system ensures you stay fully connected and informed without needing to call the nurse for routine updates.
What You Can Expect
- Health Care Information: Directly connect to clinical information anytime, anywhere. Get the most up-to-date vitals, medications, physician visit results, immunizations, allergies, and more!
- Communication & Support: Messaging with staff, Care Plan scheduling, and feedback opportunities. Plus, community updates with activity and dining calendars, and educational resources.
- Financial & Administrative: Billing invoices, general facility details, Medicaid FAQs, and consents.
How to Sign Up & Get Started
- Watch Your Inbox: On September 1, you will receive a registration email containing an activation link.
- Activate Your Account: Click the registration link, answer the verification security questions, create your password, and you are all set!
- Log In: After activating, you will receive a welcome email with your login link. You can access the portal directly at https://engage.evokehealth.ca.
Tip: You can add Engage+ directly to your phone's home screen for quick access like a mobile app. On Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android), open the link, select your browser options, and tap Add to Home Screen. - Need Help?
